We want you to feel confident shopping with Cozy Home. This policy explains how returns, exchanges, damaged items, and refunds are handled.

30-day return window

You may request a return within 30 days after your order is delivered. To start a return, email support@shoppcozyhome.com with your order number and the reason for your request.

Items must be returned in substantially the same condition in which they were received, with the original packaging and included accessories where reasonably possible. Proof of purchase is required.

Please do not send an item back before receiving return instructions. The return address can vary by product and fulfillment location.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

Inspect your order after delivery. If an item arrives damaged, defective, incomplete, or different from what you ordered, contact us promptly and include clear photos or video when applicable. When we confirm an eligible issue, we will offer an appropriate replacement, refund, or other remedy at no additional product cost.

Items that cannot be returned

Except where required by law, we cannot accept returns for personalized goods, gift cards, items marked final sale, or products that cannot be resold for health, hygiene, or safety reasons after use. Contact us before purchasing if you are unsure whether an item is eligible.

Return shipping

Return shipping is the customer's responsibility for preference-based returns unless we agree otherwise. If the return results from our error or a confirmed damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we will provide an appropriate solution and cover reasonable return shipping when a return is required.

Refunds

After a returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you whether the refund is approved. Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method. Your bank or card provider may need 5–10 business days to post the credit after Shopify processes it.

Original shipping charges are not refundable unless required by law or the refund results from our error. Duties, taxes, and carrier fees paid directly to third parties may not be recoverable.

Cancellations and order changes

Contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or change an order. We will try to help, but an order cannot be changed or cancelled after fulfillment has started.
